Returns
FitWeekly is a digital subscription. Since we deliver digital content (PDFs, workout plans, meal plans), we don’t offer refunds for weeks where the content was already delivered.
When we do refund
If you were charged by mistake, or if there’s a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your content, reach out and we’ll sort it out. We’re reasonable people.
How to request a refund
Email support@fit-weekly.com with your account email and a short explanation. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel, you stop future charges but keep access until your current period ends. A refund means you want money back for a specific charge.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
